How to Sync Your BallFrog Schedule to Gipper

If BallFrog is where your team schedules live, or where you keep the most current version even if another platform is your system of record, you can pull it straight into AutoCreate with a live link. Several schools we've talked to use BallFrog as their most reliable source because it updates instantly the moment a coach changes a game.

Find Your BallFrog Calendar Link

  1. Log into BallFrog and go to your Teams page.
  2. Click into the team you want (for example, Volleyball).
  3. Click Schedule.
  4. Click the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner.
  5. Select Calendar Sync.
  6. Choose what to include: Games, Practices, Other, or All.
  7. Choose Google.
  8. BallFrog will tell you that subscribing needs to be done on a computer and offers to email you instructions. Enter your email address and click Send Instructions.
  9. Check your email for the message from BallFrog. It contains your calendar link, copy it from there.

Gipper Tip!

  • BallFrog's Calendar Sync works one team at a time. If you're setting up multiple teams, repeat these steps for each one.

  • BallFrog is a popular pairing with other platforms that schools often keep for registration or ticketing, but treat BallFrog as the day-to-day source of truth for schedule changes. If you're weighing which source to connect to AutoCreate, always use the one that is most consistently updated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add the Link to Gipper

  1. In Gipper, open AutoCreate and select Add Calendar Source.
  2. Paste the BallFrog link you copied.
  3. Name the source (for example, the team or sport name) and save.

Your BallFrog schedule now feeds directly into AutoCreate, and it'll stay current automatically as your coaches update games and practices. It's that simple!
