How to Sync Your Home Campus Schedule to Gipper

Connect Home Campus to Gipper with an iCal link, and your games and events flow into AutoCreate automatically, always up to date, with nothing to re-type.

How It Works

If your schedules live in Home Campus, you never have to type a game into Gipper again. Home Campus can hand you an iCal link, which is a live feed of your schedule. You paste that link into Gipper once, and from then on every game and event syncs into AutoCreate on its own, ready for your graphics and updated whenever your schedule changes. Setup takes just a few minutes.

Copy Your iCal Link from Home Campus

Before You Start

To pull your calendar link, your Home Campus account needs the "Publish Content" permission. If you don't see a Publish Content option on the left-hand menu once you're logged in, your account doesn't have it yet.

Publish Content access is granted by your school's Home Campus administrator (usually your Athletic Director or site admin).

This permission can be turned off by a Home Campus platform update even if you had it before. If your Publish Content menu disappears, ask your admin to re-enable it rather than assuming it was removed on purpose.

Get Your Calendar Link from Home Campus

1. Log in to Home Campus.
2. On the left-hand menu, click Publish Content.
3. Click Calendar Sharing.
4. Select the school year you want to pull events from (for example, 2026-27).
5. Choose which event types to include, then click Next.
6. Choose which sports to include. Select all sports, or pick individual ones, then click Next.
7. On the sharing options screen, select the calendar details you want included. You can skip Dismissal Information; it likely isn't relevant for schedule graphics.
8. The calendar sharing widget will open. 
9. Copy the iCal link shown there (not any of the other links or download options on the page).

Add the Link to Gipper

1. In Gipper, click AutoCreate in the left sidebar, then open the Calendars tab.
2. Click Add iCal under Personal (visible just to you) or Workspace (visible to everyone in your Workspace; Admins only).
3. Name your calendar (for example, "All Athletics"), paste your Home Campus link, and click Continue.
4. Preview your events, then click Add events.
