How It Works
If your schedules live in Schedule Galaxy, you never have to type a game into Gipper again. Schedule Galaxy can hand you an iCal link, which is a live feed of your schedule. You paste that link into Gipper once, and from then on every game and event syncs into AutoCreate on its own, ready for your graphics and updated whenever your schedule changes. Setup takes just a few minutes.
Copy Your iCal Link from Schedule Galaxy
Schedule Galaxy's public school pages include calendar sharing options, no account needed:
- Go to schedulegalaxy.com and open your school's page. You can search by state and school name, or follow the link from your athletics website.
- Use the filters to choose the sports and team levels you want in the feed, or leave them open for your full schedule.
- Click Copy Calendar URL.

Gipper Tip!

Add the Link to Gipper
- In Gipper, click AutoCreate in the left sidebar, then open the Calendars tab.
- Click Add iCal under Personal (visible just to you) or Workspace (visible to everyone in your Workspace; Admins only).
- Name your calendar (for example, "All Athletics"), paste your Schedule Galaxy link, and click Continue.
- Preview your events, then click Add events.
