How It Works
If your athletics website is built by Mascot Media, you never have to type a game into Gipper again, and you don't need a login to set it up. Mascot Media can hand you an iCal link right from your public site, which is a live feed of your schedule. You paste that link into Gipper once, and from then on every game and event syncs into AutoCreate on its own, ready for your graphics and updated whenever your schedule changes. Setup takes just a few minutes.
Copy Your iCal Link from Mascot Media
Your public Mascot Media calendar page provides an iCal feed of your events, no account needed:
- Go to your athletics website and open the Calendar page.
- Click the "Subscribe to Calendar" button
- Copy the iCal link.

Add the Link to Gipper
- In Gipper, click AutoCreate in the left sidebar, then open the Calendars tab.
- Click Add iCal under Personal (visible just to you) or Workspace (visible to everyone in your Workspace; Admins only).
- Name your calendar (for example, "All Athletics"), paste your Mascot Media link, and click Continue.
- Preview your events, then click Add events.
