Once your Homepage and Directories are set up, the next step will be to add content, subdirectories, profiles, and records lists to your Gipper Touch directories.

Navigating your directories
- Click on the directory card you want to edit.
- Select Go to Page to open the directory.
Adding content to a directory
In the left-hand editing section, click the green Add button. You will see three options for adding content:
- Directories
- Profiles
- Records Lists
Adding Directories
Directories allow you to organize content more broadly, such as creating team-specific or category-specific sections.
- Click Add → New Directory.
- Customize the directory card:
- Name
- Image: select from saved designs, upload from your computer, or choose from your gallery.
- Properties: display, fill/contain settings, image alignment, background color, and gradient overlay.
- To add further content within a newly created directory, click on the directory card and select Go to Page.
You can add as many subdirectories as needed and fully customize each to fit your school’s needs.
Adding Profiles
Profiles allow you to add more detailed information spotlighting people, teams, or events.
- Click Add → New Profile.
- Click on the profile card to edit the image and properties
- Click Go to Page on the profile card to enter detailed information.
- Add or edit information within the Profile page:
- Text fields: type or copy/paste information.
- Image editing: click on the photo to adjust frame color, opacity, and blur.
- Content types: image, video, website iframe, embedded code, PDF, or slideshow (up to 12 images).
Profile Layout Options
- 2-Column Layout: Displays media on the left with supporting text on the right.
- 1-Column Layout: Ideal when you don’t have additional written information but still want to showcase visual content within the profile.
Adding Records Lists
Records lists and leaderboards allow you to showcase rankings or statistics within your school.
- Navigate to the desired directory.
- Click Add → New Records List.
- You can add and edit individual records or bulk upload using CSV files.
