You can quickly bulk edit records in your Touch Records list by uploading a CSV file. This method is especially helpful when updating large sets of data at once.

Access the Bulk Edit Section
- Open your Records List.
- Click Bulk Edit Records in the top left corner.
- In the pop-up window, select Upload Spreadsheet in the top right corner.
Download an Editable Template (Optional but Recommended)
When you click Upload Spreadsheet, you’ll see:
- An example of the required spreadsheet format.
- A downloadable template CSV you can use to ensure your data is formatted correctly.

Prepare Your CSV File
Double check that your spreadsheet:
- Is formatted according to the provided example/template.
- Is saved as a CSV file.

Upload Your Spreadsheet
- Click Upload Spreadsheet.
- Choose how you want the data applied:
- Add to Existing Data: uploads the new information to what’s already in your records list.
- Use this if you’ve manually entered some data already and only want to add more.
- Overwrite Existing Data: Replaces all current data in the records list with the contents of your CSV.
- Add to Existing Data: uploads the new information to what’s already in your records list.
- Select your CSV file from your computer.
- Click Done to load the data.
- After reviewing, click Done again to finalize the update.
Your Touch Records list will now reflect the information from your CSV file.
