Gipper Touch is compatible with Android Touchscreens through the use of a lockdown browser app. To set up your Android touchscreen device to display your Gipper Touch experience using the Fully Kiosk Browser, follow the steps below.

Download and Install Fully Kiosk Browser
- Download the Fully Kiosk app from the Google Play Store
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install
- During installation, grant all requested permissions to ensure full functionality.
- Purchase the Plus version with a one-time fee
- Option to purchase through google account directly onto device
- Option to purchase through the Fully Kiosk website - must note device ID
Configure Fully Kiosk Browser Settings
Start by launching the app and opening Fully Browser on your touchscreen. Then, access settings by swiping from the left edge of the screen to the right to open the menu, and then tap on "Settings."

Activate Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode should be activated once you update the above settings, but the settings specific to Kiosk Mode and the lockdown experience are below.
- Enable Kiosk Mode: In Kiosk Mode (PLUS) settings, toggle Enable Kiosk Mode to ON.
- Set Exit Gesture: Choose an exit gesture, such as Fast 5 Taps Anywhere, to access the settings menu when needed.
- Set Kiosk PIN: Create a secure PIN to prevent unauthorized access to the settings or exiting kiosk mode.
- Confirm Home App: When prompted, set Fully Kiosk Browser as the default Home app to ensure it launches automatically.
Finalize and Test
- Restart Device: Reboot your device to ensure all settings take effect.
- Test Functionality: Verify that the device boots directly into Fully Kiosk Browser and displays your GipperDisplay content in full screen.

Check Restrictions: Attempt to use hardware buttons or gestures to ensure they are disabled as configured.
Sharing a Photo of your Touchscreen Setup
After all directions have been followed and your site has been deployed to the screen, please send a photo of your setup to support@gogipper.com for the Gipper team to review (if you already have an existing email thread with a Gipper Customer Success rep you can also send the photo there).
- Note: please still send a photo even if you're waiting on other features (wall wraps, shelves, graphics, etc.) in the surrounding area to be completed. We certainly want to see the final product when it's ready, but at this stage we primarily want to confirm the site has deployed correctly!
