When you schedule a post to publish to your linked social media accounts, our platform will post them directly to your Facebook/Instagram and/or Twitter. In some cases, when you go into Content Planner screen, you may see a "Contact Us" error.

Overview
Occasionally, a scheduled post will fail to publish to your linked social media accounts and will display the red "Contact Us" error.
This could happen for a number of reasons including:
- The design was edited or deleted after scheduling the post
- As in, the design was edited and saved again or was deleted all together prior to the schedule post time/date
- The password for your social media account(s) was changed.
- A setting within your social media account was changed, disrupting the connection between Gipper and Facebook/Instagram/Twitter.
Troubleshooting
If the error occurred due to the design being edited or deleted, simply reschedule the saved or newly created design.
If the error occurred due to a change with your social media account, please disconnect and reconnect your social media accounts to Gipper, which will reestablish the proper connection. Steps on how to do so can be found here.
