Changing your password
To change your password:
- Visit the setting page, which is the green gear icon in the left corner of the Gipper platform
- Scroll to where it says "Change Password" and select the green pencil icon
- Enter your current password
- Enter and re-enter your new password
- Click "Reset Password"
Forgotten password
If you've forgotten your password, you can click the "forgot password" button while logging in, or next to the "current password" field while resetting an existing password. A link will be sent to your registered email ID through which you can change your password.

Obtaining a manual password reset
After selecting "Forgot Password," if you don't receive a reset password email please reach out to our team at support@gogipper.com, use the green chat button in the lower right corner of the platform, or call our support phone line at (929) 207-8459! We will be able to provide you with a temporary password to get logged in.
Additionally, please review the whitelisting information here to ensure you receive password reset emails and other important information moving forward.
