Creating and organizing folders on the Gipper Your Designs page can help save time and simplify both the design and publishing experience.

Creating a folder
To create a folder on the Your Designs page:
- Select the green "Create New Folder" button in the upper right corner
- Enter a folder name
- Click "Save"

Moving saved designs into a folder
There are three ways to move saved designs into a folder.
Drag and drop:
- Click a saved design and drag it to a created folder
- Hover over the folder until it's outlined in green and release
Three dots menu:
- Click the three dots menu button in the upper right corner of the saved design preview
- Select "Move to"
- Select the folder you wish to move the design into
Selecting and moving multiple saved designs:
- Hover over a saved design preview and check the box in the upper left corner
- Check mark (select) additional saved designs as needed
- Click the "Move to" button in the upper right corner of the page
- Select the desired folder and click "Move"

Accessing shared folders and designs
You can find more details on sharing folders and designs here, but if a folder has been shared with you you can view it under the "Shared Folders" tab (stowed under the "Folders" section) on the Your Designs page. To access a design that has been shared with you you can toggle from "Saved" to "Shared" in the "Designs" section of the Your Designs page.
