Sharing media and saved designs

Gipper users can easily share media from their gallery and designs from their saved designs page with other users in their workspace.

Creating groups

In order to share media or saved designs, you first must create a group.

To create a group:

1. Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the platform and select "Groups"
2. Click on the green "Create group" button
3. Give your group a name (ex: baseball, booster club, marketing)
4. Select the person/people you're hoping to add to the group from the drop down or type in their name/email address
5. Click "Create group"

Sharing media in the gallery

Once you have created a group or been added to one, you can share media in the gallery with other users that are in the group as well. 

To share media:

1. Click on "Gallery" to access the Gipper Gallery
2. Click the share icon (three circles and two connecter lines) next to the name of a folder
3. Select the box next to the group you're hoping share the folder with
4. Click "Share"

Sharing saved designs

Once you have created a group, or been added to one, you can share your saved designs with other users that are in the group as well. You can share individual designs, multiple designs, or entire folders. 

To share saved designs:

1. Click "Saved Designs" to access all of your saved designs

To share an individual saved design:

1. Scroll to the design you wish to share
2. Select the three dots and click "Share"
3. Select the box next to the group you're hoping to share the design with
4. Click "Share"

To share multiple saved designs:

1. Hover your mouse over the designs you wish to share and check mark them one by one
2. Click the share button (icon with three circles and two connecter lines) at the bottom of the page
3. Select the box next to the group you're hoping share the designs with
4. Click "Share"

To share folders:

1. Click the dots button on the folder that you wish to share
2. Select "Share"
3. Select the box next to the group you're hoping share the designs with
4. Click "Save"
