Creating Slideshows and Assigning to Screens in Gipper Display

Creating Display Content (Slideshows)

Your display content is located in the Displays tab in your Gipper account.

Log in to your Gipper account, and go to the Displays tab. At the top, you will see two tabs: Content and Screens.

The Content tab is where you create and manage everything that shows on your screens. The Screens tab is where you add TVs and connect them to Gipper.
 
You can create as many slideshows as you would like, and each slideshow can hold as many slides as you would like.

1. On the Content tab, click the Create button.
2. The slideshow editor opens.
3. Add your slides using the panel on the left (covered in the next section).
    

Adding Slides

Inside the slideshow editor, you build your slideshow one slide at a time.

1. Click the plus (+) button on the left to add a new slide.
2. Choose whether to add an image or a video.
3. When you click Add Image, you can pull content from any of these sources:
   1. Your Saved Designs
   2. An image uploaded from your device
   3. Your Gipper gallery
4. Select the graphic or image you want, and it will drop into the slide.
5. To add another slide, click Add again and repeat the process.

Adding a Video

The process for videos works the same way.

1. Click Add Video.
2. Upload a video from your Gipper gallery or from your device.

Adjusting Slide Alignment/Fill

You can control how each slide fills the screen using the alignment and display settings.

1. Select the slide you want to adjust.
2. Choose your display setting:
   1. Fit (recommended) keeps the full graphic visible on screen.
   2. Fill ensures the graphic takes up the entire area, but may crop much of the graphic out of the frame
   3. Custom lets you zoom in or zoom out to frame the slide the way you want.
3. Image alignment allows you to reposition the image within the frame.

Saving and Assigning to Screens

Once your slides look the way you want, save your work and decide where it should play.

1. Click Save.
2. Click Assign to Screens.
3. Choose the screen or screens where you would like this slideshow to play.

Managing Existing Slideshows

From the home view of the Content tab, you can manage any slideshow you have already created.

1. Find the slideshow you want to manage.
2. Click the three-dot menu button on the slideshow.
3. Choose from the available options:
   1. Assign to Screens
   2. Manage Collaborators
   3. Rename
   4. Duplicate
   5. Delete
