The Gipper Display Web Player lets you display Gipper content using your existing digital signage platform.
If your school already uses a signage solution such as Google ChromeOS, Airtame, Vivi, or another platform that can display a web page in full screen, you can easily connect your existing screen to Gipper.
Connect your existing screen to Gipper
- In your digital signage platform, add a full screen webpage that is configured to display this URL: "https://d.gipper.com"
- Publish the webpage to your screen and configure your signage platform so the webpage remains open continuously (it should not refresh). Once loaded, the screen will display a unique pairing code.
- In Gipper, navigate to Displays → Screens → Add Screen, then select the Web Browser option.
- Enter the pairing code shown on your screen, give the screen a name, and click Add Screen.
- Your screen is now connected to Gipper. You can create Display Content (slideshows) and assign them to the screen from within Gipper.
Note: We recommend updating the URL from https://d.gipper.com to your unique pairing link once you've linked the screen. The pairing link is unique per screen and is static (doesn't change), and it can be found in the screen settings. This will ensure the screen doesn't ever re-pair after a refresh or cache is cleared.
