Gipper Newsletters can be published so anyone in your community can view and interact with them. They can also be shared with other users in your Gipper workspace to allow for collaboration and brand consistency across different accounts.

Publishing newsletters
To publish a newsletter for the first time:
- Click "Save" in the upper right corner, give your newsletter a name, and click the green "Save button"
- Click the green "Publish" button in the upper right corner
- Select the toggle next to where it says, "Your page is unpublished"
- Click the "Copy Link" button
- Paste the link into an email, text, social media caption, etc.
- You can also download a unique QR code or publish the link directly to social!

Updating and republishing a newsletter
You have the ability to update a newsletter and have the changes reflect in real time. Meaning, if you make a mistake, need to update information, would like to continuously work off of one newsletters, you can simply update the necessary information and save/republish the newsletter. The content on the webpage will change, but the URL will remain the same.
To update and republish a newsletter:
- Update/edit the necessary information in your newsletter
- Click the green "Publish" button in the upper right corner
- Select "Save & Publish"
Accessing saved newsletters
Newsletters are saved on the "Your Designs" page along with all of your other graphics.
To access your saved newsletters:
- Click on the "Your Designs" page in the left-hand navigation bar
- Navigate to the saved newsletter in the "Designs" section or, if you've moved the newsletter into a folder, to the necessary folder.
- Select the saved newsletter.
