Archiving your newsletters is a great way for your audience to look back on previous editions of newsletters that have been published, as well as allow you to personally keep a history of past work. 

 

This feature is available for:

  • All roles

  • All plans

Creating an archive of your Gipper newsletters

To create an archive of your Gipper newsletters:

  1. Create a website/landing page, using Gipper newsletters, that is your "Newsletter Headquarters." Here is an example of what this could look like: https://view.gogipper.com/page/2199755 
  2. Ensure your HQ has a section to list past editions of your newsletter in a consistent format. This could be as simple as adding button with the date of the edition and a link to the corresponding newsletter.
  3. Once a new edition of your newsletter is published, add it to your HQ in whatever format you decide upon. 
Important Gipper Tip!

  • When creating new newsletters moving forward, always create them as a duplicate using the "save as duplicate" option. This will ensure each of your newsletters has a unique URL, which you can then add to your HQ.

  • Consider including a reference to this HQ as a standard "section" in each of your newsletters. That way anyone who is reading a newsletter can easily find past editions.
