Your Workspace is where you can invite additional users from your organization to the Gipper platform, manage their access, and organize them into teams to collaborate and share media more easily.

Inviting new users to a workspace
To invite new users to your Workspace:
- Click on "Workspace" to access the page
- Click "Invite Members" in the top right corner
- Input the email address of the individual you're hoping to invite to the platform
- Click "Invite"
Once you follow the steps above, an invitation to join your Gipper workspace will be sent to the inputted email address. The email will include directions on accepting the invitations, setting a password, and logging in.
If the email was not received but the invited user, please check spam/junk folders and ensure Gipper is not blocked by your email client. Reach out to support@gogipper.com if you are still having trouble locating the email.

Creating teams
You have the ability to create teams by organizing your invited users into groups. This allows you to share media internally within Gipper.
To create a team:
- Click on the green "Create Team" button
- Give your team a name (ex: baseball, booster club, marketing)
- Select the circle next to the email address of the person you're hoping to add to the team
- Click "Create"

Viewing users in your workspace
You have the ability to view the users in your Workspace.
To view the users in your Workspace:
- Click on the "View Workspace" button in the upper right corner of the Workspace page
Removing users from your workspace
Admins have the ability to remove users from their workspace.
To remove a user from your Workspace:
- Click on the "View Workspace" button in the upper right corner of the Workspace page
- Click the three dots next to the email address of the person you're hoping to remove
- Click "Remove User From Workspace"
