While links you add directly to a graphics template will not be clickable, you can add clickable links to the social media captions. You could also consider adding a QR code to the graphic in addition to putting the link in the caption.

Add link to graphic
You can copy and paste a link into a text field on a graphics template, but the link will not be clickable when the graphic is downloaded or published. Our graphics are downloaded and published as PNG or JPG image files - these file types (like all image files) do not support clickable links.
Add link to social media caption
To add a link to a social media caption, you can simply paste the URL or the website link into the caption window when publishing.
Link in Bio
Instagram (and TikTok) do not allow for clickable links in their captions. We'd suggest putting the link in your bio.
A link in bio refers to the link found in a user's social media bio, directing followers to a separate website. You'll often see influencers, creators, and businesses adding "Head to the link in our bio to learn more" or "Tap the link in our bio" to their Instagram or TikTok posts to invite users to click the link found in their social media bios.
See the steps below to add a link to your Instagram bio:
- Head to your Instagram profile
- Tap on "Edit Profile"
- Scroll down to the "Website" field
- Enter your preferred link into the "Website” field
- Save changes (On mobile, tap "Save," On desktop, click "Submit")
Add a QR code
Another good option is to add a QR code to the graphic. You will need to generate a QR code first—there are many free options available online—and then upload it to the graphic using any logo field (logo, sponsor logo, additional element—add logo).
