Publishing, scheduling, and downloading graphics

Gipper allows you to download your graphics to your devices or publish them directly to Instagram, X, and Facebook. 

 

This feature is available for:
  • All roles
  • All plans

Publish

Follow the steps below:

  1. Open a graphics template or saved design and edit it to your liking
  2. Click the "Publish" button in the top right corner when you are ready to publish to social
  3. Choose the social media accounts you'd like to share to
  4. Add a caption if you'd like
  5. Add alt text if you'd like
  6. Click Publish to share now

  • To take advantage of publishing, you must have at least one social media account linked. To learn more about connecting social accounts, see here.
  • Don't forget to save meaningful editing progress by clicking the "Save" button! 
  • What is "Alt Text?"

    • Alt text, short for "alternative text," is a vital feature that ensures images are accessible to individuals with visual impairments or difficulty viewing content. When an image cannot be displayed, alt text provides a textual description, enabling these users to comprehend the image's context. Beyond accessibility, alt text also enhances search engine optimization (SEO) by providing valuable information about the image's content.

 

Schedule

Scheduling posts for a future date or time is a highly used feature by Gipper users! See below for the steps:

  1. Open a graphics template or saved design and edit it to your liking
  2. Click the "Publish" button in the top right corner when you are ready to publish to social
  3. Choose the social media accounts you'd like to share to
  4. Add a caption if you'd like
  5. Add alt text if you'd like
  6. Click "Schedule for Later"
  7. Choose a date and time
  8. Click "Schedule Post"

Download

Downloading your graphics to your device enables you to use them outside of social media for things like digital signage, print, websites, and more. It also allows you to use your graphics on social media platforms that Gipper does not have integrations with, like Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram Stories, etc.

  1. Open a graphics template or saved design and edit it to your liking
  2. Click the "Download" button
  3. Choose between a PNG, JPG, or MP4 (if motion or video) - we recommend using PNG
  4. Once clicked, the file will download in-browser and likely appear in your downloads folder on your device
