Content Planner is a social media management tool within Gipper. From the Content Planner tab, you can create a post, manage upcoming posts, and see previously published posts.

Accessing Content Planner
- Navigate to Content Planner: Click on the “Content Planner” tab in the left-side navigation bar.
- View Upcoming Posts: On the right side of your screen, you’ll see a green button labeled “Upcoming Posts.” This section displays all your scheduled posts.
- View Published Posts: Click the “Published Posts” button next to “Upcoming Posts” to see an archive of all previously published posts.

Managing Scheduled Posts

Edit Scheduled Posts:
- Click directly on the post you want to edit.
- You can edit the date, time, selected accounts, and captions.
- Add additional images if you haven’t reached the limit of four.
- Update the text and save changes.

Preview Scheduled Posts:
- Click the three-dot menu button to the right of the post.
- Select “Preview” to see how your post will look.

Delete Scheduled Posts:
- Click the three-dot menu button on the post you’d like to cancel.
- Select “Delete” to cancel the post. This action stops the post from being published.
Create a Post

Create a Post:
- Click the “Create Post” button in the top right corner.
- Select the social media accounts you want to post to. For example, select your Twitter account.

Compose the Post:
- For a plain text post, simply type in your caption.
- You can publish the post immediately or schedule it for a later date.

Add Media to Your Post:
- Add up to four images or graphics by browsing your gallery, uploading media from your device, or selecting graphics.
- Add a video of up to 60 seconds from your gallery or device. Note that videos cannot be combined with other files due to social media API limitations.
- Optionally, add alt text to your images.

Schedule or Publish the Post:
- After composing your post, you can choose to publish it immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.
- Scheduled posts will appear in the “Upcoming Posts” section until they are published, at which point they move to the “Published Posts” section.
