Your Gallery

The Gallery is where all of your media is stored—this includes photos, logos, and videos. Any new media that you upload from your device to a template will be stored here. You can also upload media directly to Your Gallery. You get access to Your Gallery when editing a template, so it can be beneficial to upload photos, logos, and videos here ahead of time. Additionally, you can share media with your Teams from Your Gallery.

Upload media

Your Gallery allows you to store your media in one central location. You can upload and delete as many files as you'd like; however, they must be in one of the following file formats:

• PNG
• JPG
• JPEG
• MP4
• MOV

Organize media

To organize your media better, we highly recommend sorting them into folders. To add a folder:

1. Click the Add New Folder button
2. Name the folder
3. Add files to the folder

You can also add existing files to a folder:

1. Select the files you'd like to move by checking the box in the top left corner of the thumbnail
2. Select the move icon in the top right corner
3. Select the folder you'd like to move the files into

Share media

Sharing media files or folders with other users in your workspace is helpful to maintain brand consistency and provide more useable content. Once a file or folder is shared with a team or teams, all members of that team will see the shared content within their account to use.

To share a folder or file:

1. Click the green share icon next to a folder or select an individual file and click the green share icon in the top right of your screen
2. Select the team or teams you'd like to share with

Stock photos

Stock photos are a feature that Gipper provides to its users for free. In situations where you want to promote a game or an event but don't have an image for it and don't have the time to search for it online, Gipper provides a variety of template-ready stock images, textures, and icons from which you can choose. To access stock photos in your Gallery:

1. Click the Stock Folders tab in the folder section
2. Select the folder to open

Save graphics to your gallery

Gipper allows you to saved graphics to your Gallery. This is helpful for our Newsletter tool as well as if you'd like to layer a graphic within a graphic. The biggest use case for this is our Baseball Card templates. See more about this functionality here.

Request content

Premier plans will have access to our Content Request tool that allows you to collect photos and videos from your community in one-click. Files uploaded by your community are then stored in your Gipper Gallery. To learn more, see here.
