Moving, sharing and deleting multiple files

If you need to move, share, or delete multiple media files or saved designs, you can do that! There are often occasions when whole batches of media need to be migrated or even deleted, and after reading this article, media management will be an absolute breeze!

Selecting Files

1. In the gallery or saved designs page, you'll see thumbnails of your files.
2. Hover over a thumbnail
3. You'll notice a checkbox in the top left corner.
4. Click on this checkbox to select multiple files at once.

Moving Files

1. Once you've selected the files you want to move, click on the icon resembling a folder.
2. This is the move icon.
3. Choose the destination folder where you'd like to move your files, and they will be relocated accordingly.

Sharing Files

1. To share selected files with a particular team or teams, click on the "Share" button located in the top right corner.
2. You can follow the prompts to share your files as easily as possible.

Deleting Files

1. If you wish to delete multiple files in bulk, ensure they are selected
2. Then click on the "Delete" option.
3. Keep in mind that if you're deleting media files used in any of your saved designs, they will be replaced by the original default placeholders provided by Gipper.
