Firewall information – Gipper

If you are having trouble logging into the platform, it may be because your network's security is blocking the Gipper platform.

This is suggested for:

All roles
All plans

To get this resolved, it is best to reach out to your internal IT team and request that they place the following domains on a safe/do not block list to ensure you can use the platform to the fullest extent:

Additionally, to make sure you are receiving all communications from Gipper, it is best to allowlist/allow all emails coming from the domains @gogipper.com, @gipper.com, and the following emails:

support@gogipper.com
customersuccess@gogipper.com
team@gogipper.com
billing@gogipper.com

Using Lightspeed at Your School? Read This

Many schools use Lightspeed as a web filter on school devices and networks. When Lightspeed's filter settings block part of Gipper, you may see a blank screen, Saved Designs that won't open, templates that fail to load, or images that won't upload, even though the rest of the Gipper site looks normal.

Ask your IT team to check your school's Lightspeed settings and make sure nothing is blocking or filtering the Gipper domains listed above, on both the network filter and the Lightspeed extension or agent installed on school devices.

If your IT team makes a change, they may push a Lightspeed update to your device. Once you've received it, restart your browser and try Gipper again.
