Gipper allows all users to connect social media accounts, which enables the publishing and scheduling of graphics from within Gipper. You can link social media accounts from the Settings page and you can link at the Workspace level and/or the Personal level.

Settings page
Once logged into your account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page and the click "Social Media Accounts."

Workspace or Personal?
All users can connect Personal Social Media accounts, but only Owners/Admins can connect Workspace Social Media accounts.
The difference is that Personal accounts can only be viewed and published by that individual user, while Workspace accounts can be shared with Group. This allows any Group Members to post to the shared accounts.
What's best for you?
If you're an Owner/Admin and you think you may want to provision access to publishing to certain social accounts in the future, go with Workspace. If not, go with Personal.
If you choose Workspace, you will need to share the accounts with a Group. Read more about Groups here.
Adding accounts
Once you've decided whether you want to link accounts at the Workspace or Personal level, it's time to add the accounts.
Click the "Add Account" button to get started.
X/Twitter
When you select X/Twitter, it will bring you right to the Twitter login page, where you will need to input your Username and Password. Click sign-in to finalize the process.
If the connection works, you will be redirected to Gipper with confirmation.
You will have the option to link your Facebook Page to Gipper. However, the Facebook account must be set up as a Page.

Once you have this done, you can move on to connecting the accounts to your Gipper profile!
- Select Facebook after clicking "Add Account"
- Log in to Facebook account
- Follow linking prompts
- Ensure all permissions are granted to Gipper
If the connection works, you will be redirected to Gipper with confirmation.
You can connect your Instagram account to Gipper to post directly from the platform. Follow these steps:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your Gipper account and select Social Media Accounts.
- Choose whether to link at the workspace level (shared access across groups) or the personal level (only for your use).
- Under the correct section, click Add Account and select Instagram.
- Log in with your Instagram username and password.
- If your account isn’t already a Professional (Business/Education) account, Instagram will prompt you to update. Select Business — this is recommended for schools, districts, and athletic organizations.
- Approve permissions for content publishing.
Once your accounts are connected, you will see all the social media accounts you selected and their handle. You can now publish or schedule graphics posts to these accounts.
