Save your colors

Saving your team's official colors on Gipper saves time and allows you to automate your branding with one click anytime you edit a template! We highly recommend saving colors as a first step when setting up your account.

 

This feature is available for:
  • Workspace Colors: Admins
  • Personal Colors: All roles
  • All plans

Overview

This feature will help you keep your branding consistent across all designs, ultimately helping your social feeds look more professional.

This can be done in two ways:

  • Saving colors in the workspace settings page
  • Saving colors in the personal settings page

 

What's the difference?

Colors saved in the personal settings page will only be available to you! This is great if you are a Creator in your workspace and are looking to save colors that your admin has not saved yet.

Colors saved in the workspace settings page will be available to all users in the workspace. However, only admins have permission to save colors at the workspace level.

 

Workspace settings page

Saving colors at the workspace level makes it easy to share your brand colors with all users to ensure consistent content! You can save your team’s colors in the Workspace Settings:

  1. To access workspace settings, simply click the Workspace button in the left-side navigation bar and then click Permissions at the top of the workspace page.
  2. Once you've clicked Permissions, scroll down to the section labeled “Workspace Colors."
  3. Then, click on one of the empty boxes (with the plus sign) to select the color you'd like to add.
  4. Finally, select the color by using the color picker or by typing the 6-digit HEX code into the text box and then click save.

  • This feature is only available for Admins

Personal settings page

Additionally, you can save colors in the Personal Settings menu:

  1. To access settings, just simply click the profile icon button in the top right corner of the platform and then click "Personal Settings."
  2. Once you are in the Settings menu, scroll down to the section labeled “Your Colors."
  3. Then, click on one of the empty boxes (with the plus sign) to select the color you'd like to add.
  4. Finally, select the color by using the color picker or by typing the 6-digit HEX code into the text box and then click save.
