Image and Video and Specifications
If you're using an image or video on your templates, you may want to check the specifications and limits. This will allow your graphic to have a clean look.
Image specifications and recommendations:
-
Gipper allows you to upload your images in the following file formats in png and jpeg formats only.
-
You can download your graphics in either PNG or JPEG formats. However, we'd recommend downloading any graphic in PNG format as there is no loss in quality each time it is opened and saved again. PNG also handles detailed, high-contrast images well.
-
We'd recommend images that are high quality and are not excessively zoomed-in or resized on the platform. In case you don't have a high-quality picture - you can use any of our stock photos are available on the platform.
-
While uploading a logo, make sure it's in PNG format with no background, that is, transparent logo. Here's a quick article on how to remove a background. If you don’t already have it, you can visit remove.bg and have the background removed in a few seconds.
Video Specifications and recommendations:
-
Gipper allows you to upload videos in MP4 and .MOV format
-
The downloaded graphic will have the video playing for no longer than 8 seconds.
-
Currently, Gipper does not support audio files, therefore, if your video has an audio attached to it, the downloaded graphic will not have any sound but just the video alone.
-
We'd recommend videos that are high quality where width or height does not exceed 2048px.
Note: You can upload videos and image of any category, however the platform will compress it so if the width or height does exceeds 2048px.
