Gipper now has a billing portal for the Super Admin of your Gipper account to manage, view, and change your billing information.
To access the billing portal, log into your account and click the settings button on the top left corner of the page:
This will now bring you to the settings page, here you see a section labeled "Payment Info." Here you will see what plan you are currently subscribed to. Additionally, you will see a button labeled "Update Billing Info" - click here to bring you to the billing portal.
This will open up the login for Gipper's Payment Portal. Please put in the email you sign into your Gipper account with and hit send. This will send a login link to the email directly.
Below you will find an example of the email you will receive, the Subject will read "Your Gipper Media, Inc. customer portal login link" and the body will show exactly like this:
Please click the "Log in" button. This will bring you directly into your Gipper Billing Portal. This is broken up into 4 sections:
- Current Plan - This section will show you the name of the Plan, Cost Per Year, and Renewal Date. You also can click View details for any additional information.
- Payment Method - In this section, you can see the payment method (IE card on file and expiration date). Additionally, you can click to the right of the current payment info to remove it and/or click "+ Add payment method" to change the card on file. This will bring up a pop-up that will allow you to put in updated card info.
- Billing Information - Here you can update the billing address by clicking "Update Information":
- Invoice History - Lastly, this is where you can view your invoice history. You can also click the expand arrow next to each invoice to the date to bring up the options to Download the invoice or Download a receipt
