Team Calendar enables any user in your Workspace to create, assign, and manage social media tasks. Tasks will include events, dates, locations, and sponsorship details, as well as leverage automated reminders so that social media posts are completed with relevant information and requirements.

Getting Started
To find the Team Calendar open, you must first click on My Workspace when logged into your account.
From here, you will see the option that says "Team Calendar." This will bring you to the "Team Calendar" page
There are two ways to create Events:
1. You can upload a CSV file directly into the Team Calendar tool! You can do this by clicking the "Upload Schedule" button. This will bring up a pop-up

2. Additionally, you can create an event from scratch by clicking the "Add Event" button. When clicking this option, a pop-up will appear asking you to fill out all information about your event:
Event Name:
This will be the name of your event.
Event Date(Optional):
Please put in the date of the event here.
Event Location(Optional):
This will be the location of the event itself.
Event Date and Time:
This will be the date and time of your event.
Assigned To:
- This drop-down will list the names of all users in the current workspace to select from.
- Only one user can be selected.
- Anyone can create and assign a task.
- Tasks can be assigned to any workspace user, including the user creating the task.
*If an assigned user is deleted from the workspace, the task should be automatically assigned back to the event creator.
Post Type:
This field has a drop-down of common post types but you also have an option of Other to put in whatever you’d like.
Dropdown list:
- Game Day
- Post Game Score
- Player of the Week
- Announcement
- Weekly Schedule
- Player of the Week
- Other - can type in post of your choice
Sponsored By (only enabled is Sponsor is set to YES)
If the event has a sponsor, you can put the sponsor’s name here!
Once an event is created, you will see the event and its information displayed. Clicking the 3 dots to the far right will toggle an options menu for the event. Here you can change any of the information on the event, update who it is assigned to, copy the event, or delete the event itself.

Assigning events
When you are assigning events, you will see that you are able to assign an event to anyone in the workspace, including yourself. Once assigned, an email will go out to the assigned user on the event:
When the event is assigned:

Expired events
Once the event date has passed, it will automatically move to the completed expired tab. Expired are any events in which the event date has passed. Any event whose date has passed will be moved to the Completed/Expired tab and marked Expired. Expired tasks can be re-activated. When changed from Expired to Active or Draft, the following alert will appear:
Once you edit the date, it will send it back to your Outstanding tab where you can set as a draft or active!
