When you schedule your design to publish to your social media accounts, our platform will post them directly to your Facebook/Instagram and/or Twitter. In some cases, when you go int your Schedule Posts screen, you may see a Contact Us in red.
What this means is that the design you scheduled was able to post to the corresponding social media account. This could be for a number of reasons including:
- The design was changed after scheduling the post
- This can mean the design was deleted in Gipper and/or content was changed on the design and saved prior to the schedule post time/date.
- The password for your social media account(s) was changed.
- A setting within your social media account was changed, serving the connection between Gipper and Facebook/Instagram/Twitter.
In these cases, the best option is to reconnect your social media. Steps on how to do so can be found here.
